Hi just wondering if anyone with some welder knowledge could tell me if this welder would be suitable for welding up some panels on my car?

Thanks

Not ideal as by the looks of it there doesn't seem to be a dial adjustment for the amps, only wire speed.
Ideally you need one where you can adjust both as you will need to make smaller adjustments than 4 different settings that machines like this one offer.
The amperage (200) is more than enough and will handle quite thick steel plate but when it comes to welding panels you need fine adjustment way down low or you will blow holes in panels and frustrate the $hit out of yourself trying to not to!

Due to no gas you will most likely get perosity(air bubbles in weld) causing the weld to be weak, and when you grind it back it will have pin holes in it

using gasless mig wire, reduced chance of perosity though (still wont be a great weld compared to a gas mig though- but you could be happy with it still)
