the sedan had carpet. infact its the carpet that is currently in the wagon. it does look like it is only house carpet and was made out of about 10 different pieces

So have you been for a test drive with the new exhaust setup on.

I'm keen to hear if that helped make some more power!

Was actually thinking a cruise would be good. Maybe in a month or so so that i can hopefully have gotten engineers out of the way and possibly have a more aggressive tune

thought i gave a post exhaust post. But apparently not. Made a huge difference, power from around 4k upwards was completely different. Before it was just flat and barely revved out to 6k. Now it gets to 3.5 - 4k and just takes off. Easily pulls to 7k now. Which makes me wonder where the stock rev limitter went
also with the straight through centre muffler high flow cat and straight through rear res it is rear quiet. Hardly gets louder from idle to wide open throttle. Very happy with how quiet it is

Oh and on a progress note. Rear brakes are now smaller and i have a working handbrake. Now also have an open diff. Found a small carbon canister and fitted that in. Also made up an alloy catch can so that my rocker cover breathers also have somewhere to go

doesnt bother me where it is, GOR would be ok if its early enough in the morning

spoke to sanjay....waiting to hear back on whether he says the engine can be engineered in the car. even though he is currently engineering another 1200 with a CA in it, and the wagon is the heaviest of the 1200s
