#1 Need a SR20VE
Granddad Posted on: 2012/8/4 9:21
I'm starting a new project build, 1200 coupe and I'm looking for a SR20VE ( in good condition) complete with wiring and ECU. Also after a 5 speed, flywheel and clutch from S13 Silvia. Located in Newcastle but will travel or freight.

There was one already worked on my105.com (actually sr20 bottom, sr16ve top with quads) and if not you can get a serena bellhousing to suit a silvia box as supposedly the sr20ve is not a rwd model unless its the sr20vet from special model rwd vehicles.

There was one on eBay recently and was relisted a number of times. Geoff Fear at SSS Automotive is your best source of knowledge and bits for the SR/VE hybrid.
Good luck with the build!
Cheers.

I wish .......... The new race engine isn't adding up to "cheap" but compared to some I've seen, it is good value!!

The price will be forgotten once the 200 odd RWHP hits the track

Cheers

There is another option using an L series bottom end with worked Ka24de head but the VE is just more affordable in the end.
