Need Help! Can anyone tell me if there is a difference between a automatic crank and a 4 speed crank?
I'm swapping out the auto for a stick and I'm noticing some difference's there is no dowel pin in mt crank;0
Do I need to get a another crank to put this 4 speed in?
Or maybe just the end cap need's to be changed??
And what's up with the Rear Mail seal mine is a one piece how do I change it???

the Tech wiki covers this briefly, there is an adaptor on the end of the crank you need to remove.

looking for flywheel? You could try ebay,you will also need the brass spigot bearing for the end of the crankshaft that centres/supports the input shaft of the manual gearbox!

It's bin really hard to even locate a flywheel ..looks like i'm going to take a trip to the junk yard.I would like to buy a new one but can't find a place that sells them ...any info would be greatly appreciated.

You might need one to hold the flywheel to the crank.

i did a auto to manual swap the only thing you need to do is remove the spacer and some may already have a spigot bearing in the crank if not you have to press one in.

How did you deal with the trans mount ?

used the same auto mount depends what gearbox you have mine had two mounting points i used the rear so i moved the auto mount back one as it has two mounting points.

i then reversed the rubber mounting held on by 4 small nuts. then from the top marked the position and drilled the holes.
