Yep, new custom forged pistons for about $125 each. Suitable for A-series. Several of the custom piston companies will do this.

Ross sell four Nissan flat-tops for $516

Ill be happy with the latest style of cast pistons that use the latest casting techniques supposedly superior shape than before and wont be as noisy as most forged pistons which slap about till they warm up. There is an article on autospeed about this latest casting process but cant find it atm.

The stroke is so short on an A series that the pistons speed doesn't get high enough to need forgies imho. The E15et slugs are beefy in all the places that A series casties can't cut the mustard with boost.
Plus I'd wager forgies would be a sight heavier than cast pistons. The A14's love of big revs means light pistons would be preferable.

E15et pistons FTW! you just have to also see their ring sizes are quite good too quality rings will suit turbo well I think they are 1.5mm, 2mm & 4mm.

I'll have a look at that piston site sounds interesting, im just getting a few extra prices atm. I cant wait for the power upgrade that some nice pistons with more boost will bring, and a re-ground turbo cam.

So A14Forced, are you saying cause the E15ET pistons are heavier, they wont rev up as fast or as hard ??
