Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has had any experience with wiring the eccs relay when converting the ca18det wiring harness. ive been over the pinouts and cant seem to make sense of it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

yeah its pretty easy

you have 3 relays, the fuel pump, the ECU and ignition coil

Using Bosch relay pin numbers

Fuel Pump:
Pin 30,86 -Straight Fused Power
Pin 87 -Fuel Pump Power
Pin 85 -Trigger wire from pin 18 on ecu

ECU Relay
Pin 30,86 -Straight Fused Power(Same power used for the injector power and also goes to pin 58 on ecu)
Pin 85 - Ecu Trigger, pin 16 on ecu
Pin 87 - Pin 86 of IGN coil relay, Power to AFM and CAS, Pins 49,59,109 on ecu

Ignition Coil Relay
Pin 30 -IGN power fused, also goes to pin 45 of ecu
Pin 86 -Pin 87 of ECU relay
Pin 85 -Earth
Pin 87 -IGN Coil Power

You also need to run fused ignition power to the fuel pressure reg solenoid, O2 sensor and AAC Solenoid valve

There's also a whole heap of wiring that can be cut out but you kinda have to figure that out yourself...or send it to me and i can modify it all for a fee. then all you need to do is run about 4 wires i think

Oh okay thanks that helps alot, ive pretty much finished cutting all the necessary wires and stuff out just gotta finish wiring the relays

hey mate i have wired everything on my ca18 just stuck on the pin 87 where is the ign coil power ?
