Hi guys can anyone point me in the wright direction on where to get complete hard brake lines from as my ute project,doesnt have any at all.

If you want to make them your self then most auto shops should be able to get the stuff you need, or abs, brakes plus ect can supply or install them for you, or if its all out you could hunt around brake places and find out who will do ADR approved braided lines ect good luck

Does brake line size in diameter need to change with a big brake upgrade?
I understand its about pressure not volume but throwing it out there.
Iv just brought lines and all fittings to run myself a new brake system next time I'm at the factory.

No, stock brake lines are fine.

Replacing the stock rubber hoses with braided stainless rubber hoses is supposed to give a firmer pedal.
