45 DCOE Carbs, Crane Cams xr3000 ignition and coil, motor cost me $7500. fair amount but you pay for what you get. Hopefully ill have together in a week.

Few more pics of the build.. Motors in, gearbox is all in... to an extent lol. T50 Celica box is needed and so is the H165/86 2way LSD!

Base height Adjustable coilovers coming soon with Adjustable LCA's and Castor rods!

Car should be done in a few weeks... Need's to be rewired... as had a little problem with horse hair and a welder... lol!

i absolutely love NA a-series builds.
keep it up mate.
nice selection of rims too.
also depending on how much you want to spend,il pm you wen i see any nismo h165 units for sale.some bargains usually pop up sometimes in japanese websites.

yeah feel sorry for you in the U.S but they are designed to be RH drive cars. yeah wouldnt mind a nismo h165 but i think the ae86 centre in the h165 would be a more effective and cheaper choice as i will be running a t50 soon just need to find a cheap conversion kit as i dont want to pay 1200 off dellow LOL

Great work, that engine looks sick, would love to see dyno results and a specs list!!
What type of alternator is that?

Whats the go with the ae86 conversion? I remember reading somewhere in NZ does ae86 lsd h165's for like 1500 or so without the housing, but i could be wrong.

Nice job, keep it up!

alternator is froma triton im pretty sure. 80amp. and ae86 centre goes in h165 just be redrilling holes as i read from one of the topics on here. so i will be using a t50 so i can use a tailshaft from an ae86 but make it single instead of 2 peice
