speedo calibration

can anyone tell me how to alter my speedo, i have had a 4 speed and a 5 speed in my 1200 ute, with the same result.
i run 205/65-13 and the speedo shows 123kmh @ 110kmh, with 195/65-14 the speedo is correct. with 12s on the speedos out heaps, about 150kmh @ 110kmh??? the drive in the box doesnt seem to be changeable?? the ute is 10/ 1980 with 3 round guage dash type. thanks shane,,
