Well I'm not speaking from experience, but for someone to have exactly those specs on their 1200 would be pretty slim, therefore no one could give you an experience.

Take your 1200 (which I'm guessing it is) and get it tuned out to the max, then see what you do on the dyno. I'm tipping the 250rear wheel horse power mark but thats just an educated guess.

Cheers
Damo

Depends what "Tuned out to the max" means.

GT25(350HP) with Stock internals, Stock injectors, stock head, stock Intercooler, 120kW ->160kW at the wheels.

Will you be using a good front mounted intercooler, a good fuel pump? A good exhaust?

Only a psychic could tell you exactly because you haven't given enough information.

It'll have plenty of HP potential with that combination.

down with datto dude on this one, really tepend, on motor, and quality of the mods, like good exhaust pipes make a difference extractor maifold, ect and how it is tuned TUNED<<<
i puched out 320rwhp with my GT2540 that was on 24psi, and i have no exspense spared on fuel set up and internals,
about 10,000 worth of mods, in the engine bay alone,
if your motor isnt standard u should be reaching around the high 200 rwhp mark,

the question asked what kind of power from a stock ca18!! with a good fuel system and exuast intercooler ect I would expect around the 180 -200hp @ wheels with that turbo. Only if tuned well I wouldnt run much more than 15psi on stocko pistons. With tough internals more boost ect ect expect around 260-280rwhp from that turbo.
I had a GT25 300hp turbo that made 130kw -180hp @12psi stock engine
With forgies ect its made 190kw-260hp @18psi with a GT25 400hp turbo lost a bit of bottom end but from 3800 pulls like a train to 7000
Cheers Andrew

it is all in my 1200 ute and it recorded 200 at the wheels.i thought this was rather conservitive.the fmic is 450,350 and 75mm thick the exhaust is straight throgh 3inch with a one muffler.what surprised me was i that the gtr injectors are on the limit of their efficiency.does anyone have any ideas for more power.

200hp or kw?? doesn't sound rigth for the GTR injectors to be maxed out at that power level Ive only got 430cc supra 7mgte injectors and they have a bit left at 190rwkw the GTR ones are 550cc??? Are you using a rising rate fuel regulator?? this will give your injectors a bit more flow.
Cheers Andrew

it was 200hp not using rising rate regulator.the fuel pump is bosh motorsport.should i just be happy with this until i can rebuild with forged pistons. how much should i budget for this?

200hp at the wheels with a stocko is good :)Expect to pay around $800-$1200 for a set of forgies incuding rings. Depending on what other machine work needs to be done I think $2000 will get you a good for 400+hp bottom end race preped rods ARP bolts ect. I use a Malpasi rising rate reg its around $200.
