Maybe it's already stuffed and cracked a cell. you,ve probably lost a bit of acid out of it, so it wont hold a charge. even if you top it up with water.If its a tiny crack ive heard people plastic welding it, bout that sound desperate and dangerous to me ... Get a new one and dont forget to clamp it .
