Hmmm ... B310 has an "Engine Control" fuse ...

It is a Blue wire circuit that powers
* Auto choke
* Fuel-cut solenoid
* Automatic Transmission inhibitor switch
* Amplifier Speed Switch (on back of speedometer)
* Rev Switch
