I just had my 1200 coupe painted and I'm disappointed with the result. The paint is perfect but the body work has ripples and some minor dents. To make matters worse I have paid for the job and it was no $1000 respray.
My advice is choose your paintshop carefully and follow your gut instincts. Preparation is the key. When the 1200 is sorted and respectable Ill post some pic's
