a couple more photos to finish off.
Thanks to the old boy for all the effort he put into getting the car ready when i couldnt. It was fantastic and i wouldnt of been there if it was for him and the old lady!
Sorry to all those I didn't get to capture. It was an extremely busy day and between checking the car, gas baggin with others, checking out the eye candy and some time out on the track, fair to say it was packed!
I do like the photo of RC1200 cracking it mid corner and testing how well his clutch works...
And no, im not drifting the corner.... lol
As promised D a couple photos of the A14 EFI SC setup. I will do my best to fill you in on info, but unfortunately we didn't build this motor. We looked into building one put a few figures together etc but just couldnt justify the money that would have been spent on building an A motor similar to this for what we paid for this motor...
Anyway, again had an awesome day with very little hassle with the motor thank god.

Should have turned up for the Datsun Nationals mate. You could have seen it, heard it and watched it in action. Got no vids as such... Pretty sure one of the blokes from here got be coming off but cannot remember who got the vid...
At the moment it hasnt been dynoed whilst in our possession, it was dyno tuned before hand when it was built back in 06.
We collected the motor last year, it came with a free ute lol. The ute was pretty well stuffed, the bloke who had it decided to cut the drip mould off of the top of the firewall, so it was just flapping there :S...
The EFI part of (fuel rail and fabrication, pumps, filters, coil etc.) it was built by Precision Automotive Specialists in the ACT.
The motor, manifold fabrications and all other work was done by ProEngines (performance engines and cylinder heads) theyre located in NSW.
As far as the internals of the engine goes i really honestly cannot tell you whats in there from first hand knowledge. I can however tell you what the bloke who owned the motor before told me as well as the receipts we received with the motor.
The head is the std H75 with a copper head gasket, double valve springs, porting sizes not sure, however the receipt shows four hours of porting in labour. ARP head bolts, Ports and valves unkown? Block is a14, crank unkown? Forged pistons (size unkown), lightened and balanced flywheel, modified sump. Everything has been balanced. Cam unknown? Brass Button Exedy HD Clutch ECU is Haltech E6X Its a shame i know, and im really not a fan of purchasing already built motors, id much rather build em ourselves than take on someone else's project, but for what the bloke spent on it and what we paid, it was perfect for us.
