Just FYI
We don't live in a world of free speech
What we do live in is a world of lawyers and whingers
Its altogether possible that the forum moderators/owners are responsible for everything we as members say here
And as such can be fined/sued for libelous comments made by the members whether they see them and agree with them of not
I know of a couple of hot rod forums that have closed down their public access and become private boards due to the threat of being sued by someone who didn't like their comment

I admin a couple of other boards and have had these threats made to myself and other admins before
So they need to be dealt with quickly and correctly

If someone wants to say something... they best run off and make their own webpage and put whatever they like on it.. .then they are responsible for their own actions
Sadly its not legal to name and shame if liable and slander are potentially involved

Not sure how the thread in question went... but it could have turned bad and that's likely why it was removed.

Just my 2c

This is getting weird or big bro has landed.
I have a google ad for deformation lawyers on my screen as I read this thread.
Is this a coincidence or a placed ad?
