Home away from home Joined: 2009/10/13 21:28 From Trinidad and tobago Group: Registered Users Posts: 895	Removed EGR and studs from the intake manifoild. Made a Gasket and Cut out piece of aliminum sheet to the shape of the EGR. Fit to mainfoild, I used three shorter bolts so it will hold the gasket and aluminum tight and sealed it up with Silicone to prevent it from leaking! Left it to dry and then paint,so it looks OEM. Couldn't tell if it had an EGR !! Posted on: 2013/5/1 16:01

Came the next day and taped up the harness and all ohter crazy wires!Now looking great,Haven't got the final pic but heres whats been going on. Need your feedback.. Posted on: 2013/5/4 6:09
