Yes, new head bolts and pushrods are available from Nissan.

Head Bolts are reusable. Use the "13" bolts (late A12, late A14) with the A12GX "13" center bolt. The A12GX center bolt is Nissan part number 11057-H2300.

The "13" bolts are Chromoly V steel alloy, and allow extra torque -- you won't have head gaskets problems with "13" bolts.

Get a quote from Nissan and see what they say but I'm tipping if you live in the same Australia as me, the price will be heavily inflated.

I'm putting together an A12 at the moment with the same head and I've decided to put ARP head studs in. As per usual, they are ridiculously expensive here in Oz and I've been searching offshore for a better price.

I've just found a website called cnc-motorsports who sell the ARP head stud kits for $99.95 plus $14.95 flat rate shipping to here in Oz.

They also sell the Rod bolt kits for $59.95. As I said, check with Nissan first but
you will probably find, it will be cheaper to get these.

Depending on which A12 block you have will determine which of the two head stud kits you need:

Early 1967 - June 1973 - ARP 202-4202
Late June 1973 onwards - ARP 202-4203

If your Engine is an early block it will have the distributor positioned forward closet to the front of the car. Late engines have the distributor located further back in the middle.

Which ARP Head Stud Kit do I need

Good or bad I've mixed up push rods in the past and just put them back in with no adverse effects, keep in min it was in my race car so if there was increase were it wasn't doing enough mileage to matter.

As Dave says if the bolts in there now have the 13 stamped on the top you car reuse them.

And allso i would rather get New push rods Because The ones i have iam not shore Wich of engines thay came from and i have had some crap engines.
SO maby i just get new push rods as i do think i have the 13head bolts.

If your just building a relatively standard spec engine, then the standard head bolts would be fine.

I only suggested the ARP ones as you mentioned buying new standard ones and thought they would cost you just as much as the ARP ones but since you have found them, just go standard. Unless your going forced induction or high revving NA then it might be worth the extra insurance. It's also been suggested that ARP kits are overkill and standard bolts are strong so I guess it's open for debate and each to their own.
