Woott-1200 Posted on: 2013/6/14 10:27
hey guys just wondering how much power you reckon i could achive with my build i have just started, currently my a15 is being rebuilt with e15t pistions, balanced, regrind cam for turbo, bearing etc.....
Running a t28 which will have a new waste gate and be serviced, also running a electronic dizzy, water injection kit, stromberg cd175, turbosmart boost control tee, probs running 10 - 14psi, malpassi regulator, bosh vl turbo fuel pump, xtreme heavy duty clutch, h165 diff, locked!

T28 is flange not size, Efi was suggested to make your 175 kws. Recommended over 1 bar needed. Mild cam grind wont cut it. Doubt your H165 will take a bashing. Im sure this was covered in your thread couple weeks back and still is going

Don't see why the h165 won't hold up, people use them behind ca18's.
I wouldn't worry about numbers so much just build it and see how you go but the carb will most likely be your limiting factor.

Aww okay thanks for that, do you a good carby people have achieved good power on here with?

H165's are a terrific diff. Not unbreakable, but plenty strong enough. And replacement heads are easy to get. But locked, you might eat a few axles. Ute axles are a little harder to get. (Here at least anyways)

The T28 is a turbo, it is a larger turbo than the T25. There are some subtle differences to distinguish between the two.

The t28 and t25 share the same flange.
