pro240c I am very confused, now you call me a smartarse because I made a statement that I would like to hear why the EPA would think this way.( I guess that makes me a smartarse then. yeah I think so)As for the fact that you have been told Nitrous hasnt been tested and therefore its illegal, is a pointless statement to me, it means nothing. You have been told, so what, your parents told you the easter bunny was real too
I probably will look it up on the EPA website oneday when I am more interested, but for now its just a thought in the back of my mind and if I hear why they feel this way, then thats great but untill then I am really not overly interested that much.
You seem to think I have said that you are wrong. I never did such a thing I simply made the above statement of how I would like to know why.

i'm sick of having to reply to, and clarify, your useless dribble.
You have never replied to one of my questions, all you have done is ramble on about stuff that you have previously said and I have stated I am not interested in. Maybe you should read things a bit better.

Still waiting for replies to my actual questions, Steve.

someone's got a bit of temper...

i can't be bothered answering your questions because you will end up picking the sh1t out of it, just like you are doing now about a whole lotta nothing.

i can't be bothered explaining every infinite detail of my response to you when it is common sense to every one else reading it - sure, i may mis-word things but it's something that reading twice and taking it IN CONTEXT TO THE SUBJECT wouldn't fix. not taking a tageant and then taking it personally...just like you are doing now.

i may be a new member, but i have been reading datsun1200.com for years now, and i know the kind of sh1t stirrer you are.

no doubt you're getting a little angry now, so i'll stop before i say something nasty.

unlike yourself, i know when to let something go.

and don't call me mate.

you have been warned.

Why would I have a temper?
You cant be bothered answering my questions as you feel foolish for what you said to me.
Here are my questions again;Quote:
Quote:where did i say a NOS engine has to built better than a turbo engine? are you dyslexic?
Quote:
Well yes I am Dyslexic and I also have Bipolar, by your asking this question to try and mock me, do you feel I should be ashamed in anyway?
Quote:
Quote:hiding behind your keyboard again, phunkdoktaspok ?
Well just like everyone here I am behind a keyboard so that I can type this. So if thats hiding I guess I am Guilty. How are you doing it? are you special?
Quote:
Quote:and you know what i incinuated when i said you were hiding behind your keyboard, so don't play literal idiot games with me.
Quote:
I am not a mind reader, so I still dont know what dribble you meant buy that statement. My question to you is how can I be hiding? If I was hiding in anyway, why would I have put up a post makeing a statement, also remember that each post that anybody makes has their name linked to it, so once again how can I be hiding?

But then again as you say;Quote:
i can't be bothered explaining every infinite detail of my response to you when it is common sense to every one else reading it

I guess the answers are common knowledge then hey BUDDY

As you say you have been reading for years, you should know that I dont hide, I speak my mind, ( Plus I still dont quite know how someone could be hiding)

Its pointless for me to expect my questions to be answered as it is obvious that you are to childish to know exactly why you yourself original made the statements.
Cheers Buddy, Steve

I am happy to admit that my posts have been partly responsible for this thread going off topic.
It was you who with your childish remarks evoked my responses.
If it makes you feel big to mock someone for something they physically have no control over, Then I guess that tells what kind of little child you are. So childish you couldnt even respond to your own comments.
I would have more respect for anyone who made fun of me by calling me any name under the sun. But to insult someone for the cards they were delt in life, is pretty sad.

I wont call you Mate ever again as you wish.
Plus your a big man who isnt hiding and has warned me.

Grow up you child.
Cheers Buddy, Steve

Come on guys!! Enoughs enough. Just agree to disagree, Or alternativly argue trough PMs instead.
All this bickering has detracted from what might have been an informitive thread.
Regardless of whos right, Anyone who has been paying attention would know that Nicolas has just recently rebuilt his motor anyway.

if the motor has already been rebuilt then i would say 10psi would wake the engine up considerably - you could possibly run more with careful tuning.

if you're trying to keep it on the cheap, ie a draw thru application, then i would keep 10psi your limit, with possibly ... and i hate to suggest it ... water injection. water / kero or water / metho would be a better bet, but still a bit archaic - certainly something EFI would fix.

but hey, they're strong little engines with a lot of scope for more power, so give it a shot. you learn more by experience in doing it yourself than you will reading about it huh?
