Found a little time to tinker this weekend. I built an injector tester. Photos are a bit dark but pretty much the Adruino just switches the injector on and off.

I'm having an trouble with my adjustable fuel pressure regulator, it's a different pressure nearly every time I use it. Anyone suggest a good one? I might just switch to the second-hand non-adjustable OEM Bosch one for now.

Got a stable and smooth idle today with the tested flows inserted and turning all control loops off. So I have a starting point. The CBR1000RR injectors flow 240cc/min at 40psi. I measured a negative open time correction which the tuner won't accept so I just set it to zero and will have to compensate elsewhere. Away from idle that correction doesn't matter.
