The aluminium forged billet 6061 ends up to be 320 grams according to simulations with almost 1kg starting weight for each piece and the rest is machined off. There will be billet plug units also where billet plugs can be removed or re-installed depending on COP or External Coil Pack setup choices.
Here are some of the final cad before the first prototype is CNCd up 1st pic is top view 2nd back view 3rd plugs that will insert from the back

Nissan version - on the billet plugs that will be supplied text like 1 2 0 0 or 1 0 0 0 can be machined

Ive got some peeps that are definite for plug covers

Put me down as interested, like to see one made. Will the letters touch the sides like in that picture or be in the middle of that section.

from 2.5kg billet down to 340 grams!
About a quarter of original or extra 0.05 hp :)
