You can do that, but what if that is not the problem?

Better to troubleshoot, pinpoint the problem, then fix what is needed. What are the current symptoms?

the engine turns over at like 150rpm. its got spark
it did fire up then die but now it just turns over and doesnt want to start at all
i changed points and condenser, im not sure how to adjust dwell? i heard i need to adjust every time points are changed but dont know how
