Hey Guys! Thanks for the replies. Yes, I applied sealant in the cap corners.. It's damn frustrating! This engine will be coming out for a third time..Grrrrrrr

We all learn the hard way usually. Sorry to hear that but pls take a pic of the crankshaft if you have the chance to see its knife edging. Your pistons are flat tops or flycut/notched for valves?

Machined for the Valves... 10.5:1 compression. Didn't want any detonation problems on pump gas.

I notice you got a adjustable timing gear, I found it didn't make any diffance to your performance to your motor.you ajust it high or low you lose it one way or another it's only good for twin cam motors where you can do the timing different to ex/in
