Does anyone know much about Solex carbs?
Is the Mikuni Solex a later model much changed version of the original solex?
Are any parts still available?
My uncle has 2x Mikuni Solex carbs on his 1200 coupe and they go well- I'mm thinking of buying a set, there were some solex's on trademe off a 2L Alfa, but want to know more about them first... anyone?

Mikuni PHH series apparently started with a Solex license (legal copy), but have evolved since into a something better than a Solex?
Anyways, search for Mikuni% and you'll find the information on parts availability, it's been discussed here.
