Another way around it would be to use a small ally swirl pot.

Mount it high on the firewall, pump from the stock pump into the top and have a return going from the pot pack to the tank. Use the bottom fitting to gravity feed the carbs. It would only have to be the size of a cigarette packet.

When the fuel pressure is slightly excessive, not every inlet needle&seat will leak.

As an experiment, just suspend a 1 liter container for fuel with tie wire from the open bonnet to feed the carbs. If the flooding goes away, what I suggested on the earlier post will fix it.

As DD said, its not uncommon for only one or two needle/seats to leek with pressure too high.

I believe the bike carbs are gravity feed on the bike. So the pressure would be way under 1 psi.

Will try tomorrow. I hope it works.
Dont have a return line to tank for a swirl pot set up unfortunately unless breather lines can be used

I had a rubic's cube sized gravity fed tank sitting higher than the carbs on the firewall never bothered with fuel regulator from the start due to bike gurus advice.

That passage is the main airjet passage.
So its either float level, sticky or leaky float, needle and seat not sealing or too much pressure.

im tempted to swap floats in cyl 1 and 2 to see if the problem swaps too. Will help narrow down issue
