On my ute I just bought, there is a button on the end of the indicater stalk. What on earth does it do? It's not the horn,or the window washer, who can tell me?
Of course for what I paid I didn't get an owners manual.

Hey mate, it is a passing switch apparently in some country's you are supposed to prss it a few times to let the guy in front know that you are about to pass him, it should be connected to a relay near the flasher can.
I don't suppose you have a spare one ???

I do have one but it would be cheaper for you to fit an aftermarket unit or even genuine one, than for me to send you one.

Before pressing it, just make sure that 007 has never owned your ute

sometimes its hard to see an indicator when someone is about to pass you 'cause of the bright headlights. This is another way of letting someone know they are about to be passed.

Here in Australia the only time you are allowed to have your lights on high beam when you are near another car is when you are just about to pass them, which is kinda silly I think cause it would just about blind the person you are passing but thats our law for ya!!
