When I first joined this forum I asked a similar question. I got some great answers and had plenty of fun. I've also looked into a few online posts, so please bare with my ignorance just once more...

I went bonkers with my former GX to the point where she became undrivable in public, and hence got me another try...
So this time I want to do minimal and keep it street-fun. Still A15 powered, I'd like to know (once more) what the widest rims are that I can fit to my GX within these parameters:

1 - 13" Rim - Stock overall tire dia. or slightly larger
2 - Lucy is COMPLETELY STOCK apart from
- I cut the front wells and "massaged" them a bit (Learned the first time)
- I rolled the fenders more so I don't slice my tyres....again.
- planning on using H165 axle and I'm not sure if its wider.

I ask again, as after some measuring I noticed I left no clearance when measuring face & back measure. How much clearance is safe?

The web is full of tried and trusted, but none that match my perquisites, and my funds are limited, so consensus by Datsun1200.com is my only trusted source.

Widest rims: 6.5". 7" rear.

If the axle is from a B120/B140 it is the same width.
