Hi!
Recently i bought twiw solex carbs and a Intake Harada Mainfold. But for fix them, i need a new head because mine diddnt fit with the inake. So i decide and i bought a newer head than my actual one. My problem is the lubrification of rocker arms and springs. Can i drill or semd the A14 head to a machine shop, and will they drill two holes on perpendicular, and cover the outsider one with a plug according the last image. Drill two holes in place of the yellow dots. I think it will solve my problema. then i can use a A12 head gasket? In last image, i see in A14 Head one hole opposite of A12 oil hole. Can anybody explain me. Many thanks on advance, Luis

I THINK if you fit a later head to an early model block you will have to drill a new oil hole.
I will have a look through the wiki.
