Are you talking about the energizer lugs, or the synchro rings?
The Synchro rings are availabe new from nissan.
However, it's quite common for the journal upon which the ring runs to wear.
Parts from a 60a four speed should work yes. (I've used 63 four speed parts in my 63a five speed before.

It depends on which dogleg you have. 5-speed dogleg from B210, 5-speed dogleg from B310 or 5-speed dogleg from B110. All use different synchro parts.

See Synchros

2,3,4,5th gear inserts are the same as 4-speeds.

1st & REV inserts are unique to the 60 dogleg.

Nissan sell them. Part numbers are in our tech article.
