Hows this for a deal: After seeing a rusty 1200 Ute on the back of scrap metal truck, I went in and asked about the diff that was in it, the guy said I could have it for $80 NZD. He said I could pick it up at the end of the week, on Friday I went and picked it up and the guy had picked up another 1200 Ute! This was still rusty but had another diff in it, so I asked for that as well, and I got it for $80 again. So that was 2 complete H165 diffs for $160! I don

That is very cheap is that including axles because when i had my other ute and keeped snaping axles i was paying $100 AU just for 1 axle.

it was $160 for 2 complete diffs- brakes axles etc

I recently found one (took me 4 months) for $150 complete and ended up paying $125 Delivered. I was pretty chuffed, but two, if i split my diff again it will take me another 4 months to find another one

good score buddy. I got mine including the whole ute for $100. Getting harder to find though... and to find an LSD, forget about it!
Unless you want to hand over a big wad of yen for a new Nismo unit...
