They look similar to Performance Modular rims, but these are 10-hole and Modulars seem to be 9-hole and not as bigger..

modular 10-holes are very common here for inexpensive trailer wheels. But in chrome-plated steel. Like JAL Modular, Cragar Modular, US Wheel Modular, etc.

An alloy version is very rare with black rivets. Plain rivets are fairly common like the ION 71
