The Mitsubishi LA or LB Lancer booster with its master cylinder is a straight bolt-in, though you may need to drill a slightly bigger hole in your brake pedal to fit the new pin through. It uses 2 holes to bolt to the firewall by way of a factory aluminum adaptor bracket.

It does look like a 120Y booster.

I believe they sell the booster separate.

I also bought a brake proportioning valve as I'll be running discs front and rear.

I don't mind spending a lil extra (with in reason) to good Datto part fabricators. Scott at Maddat is a good bloke and doesn't mind answering my questions. Baz at Datsport is just as good and helped me recently also.

No I'm not a paid spokesman hahaha

Custom Made my butt Maddat is probably just sourcing a stock 120Y B210 Booster out of India where many brake parts are made nowadays.

People forget that just because they stop selling something in your country does not mean they stopped making them, such as Bakkies in South Africa early Suzuki Swifts in India and Pakistan, Old Yamahas in Taiwan and Old Suzukis in Thailand and the most amazing one of all,The Original old Ford falcons from ther early 1960's XM and XP models were still being produced and sold in Argentina up till 1996.

When you know those sorts of details parts supplies can become a whole lot easier.

Oh and your teacher was useless it is Brake not Break

I am aware of some of these facts. At no point did I say they are making brake boosters and agreed on the similarities in appearance to the 120Y. I did mention they do make there own stuff (which they do) and because of this, I am happy to pay a lil extra for various parts as their knowledge is great. :)

Mad Dat sells the custom bracket, which means it fits the 1200 firewall better than the stock 120Y adapter. You can't go wrong with Maddat parts.
