So will a Murano R145 LSD fit a H145 case and saddles?

Not that I know of. The R145 is made by Fuji, and the H145 by Hitachi. If anyone (like D) is thinking of switch to R160 from a 510/610/Subaru, consider the R145 instead

If you have a CA18DET, the R31/Borg-Warner is a better choice. The Chevrolet guys here like them

Re the H145 for cloning, we have a 3D scanner at work, that would be the quickest/ easiest way to model up the parts. I'm sure there's someone closer to you that could do the same. The high end scanners can measure as good or better than standard metrology.

If anyone needs any CAD work done, let me know, I'm a CAD guy by trade.

3D scanning would be helpful if possible so long as it's high enough resolution, but obviously not required if the part is available to take measurements off.

I've got an h165 open diff. It's going to be behind a cammed up SR N/a. The h165 is to small so I don't want to spend the dollars going for the clutch pack style LSD. I'm going to do the hilux conversion with a trutrack & full floater axles. Iwas thinking about the traction concepts as a cheaper & temporary option. I was just wanting some feed back on them.

It is a true LSD (providing Limited slip). There are various types of LSD (including gear, clutch, viscous) and this is another type. It may not be the best but it works. Remember that the factory H165/H190 LSDs are also considered "cheap" and not long-lasting

Quick question... will all H165 lsd heads fit into 1200 ute H165 housings? or can you just use the H165 lsd unit and stick it into the ute non lsd carrier?
