I have managed to add the photo of my new purchase. The poo brown 1200 sedan auto. Its in the members photos as My sedan auto. Hopefully one day a ca18det will sit in between
the front guards, or unless someone offers me good money for it as it is....

Chris that's absolutely stunning. I am concerned about your lawn though - it needs urgent attention - you guys got water, fertiliser and Victa's down in Victoria? Looks like a
DLF working bee is needed at your house.

Ian when you have 2 datto's and 3 kids to look after the last thing you have time for
is the lawn......

That is one good looking car. I absolutely love it. I don't think I've seen one in such good condition in a long while.

Please look after it. And if you are serious about selling it, let me know please. It appears to be in such good condition.
I'm lost for words..

Chris.

Granted it is a supreme minter 1200 sedan but didn't the state of Stamo's lawn concern you though, Dattodude? I think we're missing the bigger picture here people. It
looks like val_and_datto has been doing burnouts on it.

man, that is just like my coupe was, but in sedan form... dude seriously though man parking your car on your lawn is not good for it, once we didnt move our trailer for a couple of weeks
and it killed the grass, it has never recovered, and not to mention the time we left a huge bag of clippings and that just minced the grass underneath, grass needs sunlight for
photosynthesis, you deprive it of sunlight and it just wont grow properly, theres no ifs or buts it just wont. thanks teretonga, its often we miss the finer points and without you to bring
our attention to it we are pretty much gone. a nice sedan i have to say. it does it for me. watch that ATF too, its a grass killer aye.

hey! just coz i havent posted in a while doesnt mean i'm not still here, watching, obsorbing....stalking....oh wait....

my dat dont need lawn to lay a burnout! i could spin the wheels even if my tyres were made of velcro, and the road was fluffy stuff! Not that i do burnouts of course....:p espcially when
i got the GX mags back on...cant think to ruin those remington tyres!

My dat is still in one piece ya know...i havent wrapped it round a pole or anything...even though i am a young P plater hooligan.....NOT! talk about stereotypes! And no dents! Cept for a
little chunk of paint missing near the boot, from when i was taking the gearbox out of the boot. Guess it's not a show car anymore 'ey!

It should be said that if you are looking to make your lawn look good and help do byour bit for the environment, don't use fertiliser. Fertilsers kill the bacteria in the soil that the
plants (grass) need. Eventually after many years you need to use more and more fertiliser. This continues until the ground becomes sterile, and nothing grows. This is a problem in Europe at
the moment.

Fertiliser was introduced after one of the world wars when the ammunition manufacturers needed to do something with all of the chemicals (nitrates etc). Turned out it made your grass grow
well for a few years at least.

Hope this helps you teretonga with your search for the perfect lawn.

Another problem with overusage of fertilisers is the runoff into drains etc - fertilsers can make your lawn AND your local river look its greenest!!!
Chris, I think I mentioned the poor condition of your lawn at least a few years ago , when you were showing me pictures of your Ute, are the people at Ch 7 not giving you
enough room for quality time with your datsuns/lawn/family/house?
