the pivot is in the same axial location and the clevis connection is on the same diameter rotation as the factory connection. Pedal should not become harder.

if the brake pedal becomes too harder
What do you think?

When replacing 11/16" master cylinder with twin 5/8" cylinders, will the pedal effort become greater, will it take more leg power to stop the car?

* 5/8" = 1.227 square inch area
* 11/16" = 1.485 sq. in.

So pedal effort will decrease. Pedal travel will increase

Wilwood Twin Masters means one for front brakes, another for rear brakes. Just like a stock Tandem master cylinder but with two seperate units

I may need to adjust the lever on the solid model. The mount is good so far.

I'm waiting for my Wilwood items before I can finalize everything.

Awesome development and craftsmanship Matt. One question for you though, For those who retain the cable operated clutch, how do you think it will play out with the available space the lever and twin BMC balance bar will consume.

pic for reference.

Wish I could be able to answer that one. I noticed the wider opening for the cable clutch pedal box. Even though it is wider than the Hydro pedal box it does appear the balance bar would occupy some of the same space as the clutch lever.

I can't be sure though. I would need a physical example in my hands to be confident.

There is still more parts I will have to make for a cleaner look on our firewalls.

Block off plates for the old BMC pass through on the FW

Brake Fluid Manifolds to be bolted to the FW and possible reservoirs.

Balance bar is in my hands.

I am going to tinker with the setup and see what needs to be adjusted on the engineered models.
