I had my handbrake cable shortened by my local ABS Automotive Service Centre. I believe they have shops in QLD too.

Why are you running a surge tank, are you planning on racing your ute. The R31 tank is baffled and is already running the high PSI fuel pump to suit EFI. Normally with a surge tank setup you would use a low pressure fuel pump to fill the surge tank and then a high PSI one to feed fuel up to the engine.
