The strut has the numbers 3140200 and 11.46.24
The black bracket is marked 1158.06 from the same supplier
the bottom bracket is the result of some 50x50 duragal angle and a angle grinder.

I should have got the bracket for the bottom made up with a 5 degree kick to it so it was on centerline

I can get the bottom brackets CNC cut and bent. I haven't got a quote on on these exact bracket but it should be around 5-6$ from the company we get or shed brackets through. If any one is interested let me know.

Finally found a photo. It was the boot stay instead of the bonnet -- ratcheting version

I'd be keen on the lower and upper bracket if you can make some up! The upper bracket in the pic isn't quite long enough to span both bonnet bolt holes.
You could sell a kit on ebay and make some $$

I can get the brackets drawn up and cnc cut and folded but to do the whole kit on ebay would be to expensive to sell.
Probably end up costing $75 cost price for kit.
Be cheaper to get a kit from ebay for another model and just make a few brackets out of angle iron.
Ebay listing fdor commodore strut

I can get the drawings for the other brackets and post them on here.
