The Stanza struts will have disk brakes on them. The Stanza is a bigger, heavier car, so the brakes from these will be a very real upgrade for a 1200 ute.
These struts are not all that hard to find & not too expensive, but if you are short on $$$ then ask around to see who has some leftover struts from their 1200 coupe after their own upgrade.
These don't have the appeal of the bigger setups, but they do work well, & should be very affordable. Since you will not have a licence for about three years, & will be speed limited for a while longer, this setup should serve you well unrill you can afford something bigger.

This is what i used in my ute, & it worked for me

Bluebird struts can be fitted. You need to use B310 steering arms on the bottom of the struts. You will need to have a ring machined to key the sunny steering arms to the bluebird struts. There may also be some minor massageing of the strut compartments to clear the spring cups.
