The sedan was made for a different target buyer tan the coupe buyers. The coupe was a little race car but they rode rough like a race car. The sedan was made for a comfortably ride. The
seats in the Deluxe were much more cushiony than the coupe seats. The coupe cut the air better than the sedan but it is totally debatable if the coupe really handled better than the
sedan. I have pulled many three wheel turns in my sedan in autocrosses and even a few on the street. It has a classy look to it also.

Lets be real here about the radio in the 1200. They were selling new Chevrolets and Fords in Florida that didn't even have heaters in them just a couple of years earlier than the 1200s
came out. My 1200 had an AM radio in it just like a friend's 150 MPH Pontiac GTO Judge had in 1971. I mounted an 8-track tape player inside the glovebox anyway. LOL. Ya Know, I haven't
seen that Dekuxe emblem on probably but a few 4-door sedans.
I have an emblem that I want to use to replace the DELUXE emblem on the sedan rear pillar that is very unique. It could even go around the DELUXE emblem. It is an optical illusion that
looks like turbine blades, very cool.

The shocks onthe coupe are straight up and dpwn over the rear axle where as the Sedan shocks are
at an angle

I have to agree with Mareo, the sedan does look better than the coupe. Its that over here in Australia the coupe is the 1200 that most people do up and the sedan left bog stock and
driven around by grandpas. I don't know why exactly, but i always try to be different and have different opinions on things, good to see someone agrees on the sedan as a looker over the
coupe, most people i have spoken to think that the coupe is ugly? Well thats why i have two sedans and to be more different a 1200 wagon. My ultimate project is a 1200 wagon, SR20DET,
Simmons FR 5 spoke mags velour interior(sorta street 'n' race dragin' mobile) as i have not seen any street driven done up 1200 wagons, just like being different i supose.

Tens and twenties is right, coupes straight up and down, sedan angled.

The sedan shocks are straight up and down. if i could post pictures i would. but the

Sorry i was wrong, just did a compared them then. Coupes are angled in at the top, sedans are straight up and down.

Just rechecked my cuope's shocks, they are angled.

your 1200 looks nice. It's black right? Couldn't quite tell from the pics. Do you have bumpers for the car?

Sounds like you have a list of buyers. If those don't work out I'm in San Diego and would like a 1200. I don't have a garage full of parts or nothing, just a new tach for a coupe,
but I think the 1200 would be nice next to my 510.

Let me now what happens with the other buyers.

the style you prefer is up to you but over in perth the coupe is the go(got one myself)and the sedans are left to be used as bush bombs (i think the sedans are ugly) but its up
to the individual
