Ouch.
I'm not aware of one that would give more clearance. I'd be inclined to use a right-angle fitting at the cylinder to move the hose away.

Well, it looks like there are at least two, and maybe three or more styles of A-series clutch slave cylinders:

Would have to make a fixture to keep the piston from popping out and bleed it with the nipple up. Then bolt it in the car. Should be the only time you have to bleed it.

If you were in OZ you could just pop down to your local parts shop for a JB4056 and all would be solved. This cyls has inlet and bleeder on end of cyl.
