Hey guys - some info I've obtained. Lowering Blocks for approx $120 pair (2") from a performance parts shop. U Bolts can be bought from them , or from a suspension shop (ie Pedders ) for abut $10 each (thats what I paid).
Got my rear springs reset 2" lower for $132 from the local blacksmith/spring shop. He painted em up new and greased th bushes. reset springs is the neatest way to go, not much price difference (for my experience).

i measured it up and its not that low, it would mean that the tire and guards are sitting roughly level. it would be the same height or maybe even a cm or so higher than the car looks lin bennys picture. its really stiff as is, and the front has new shocks and springs so maybe the rear has been reset at the standard height whereas the leafs on most 1200's would have sagged meaning they dont have to be lowered as much? thats all i can think

hahaha you can tell i left skool in year 10. i dunno how i came up with 11cm and 4 2/4 inches but i just measured it with an " ruler and it only needs to go down 3". would have been funny if i went and got them set 4 3/4" lower.

i been in cars that have lowering blocks and generally thay diff tramp more with them.
reseting springs is the best but you could also turn the bottom leaf upside down and this will lower the car
