Firstly find out what your weber 32/36 came off. Mine came off a 1600 cortina which is pretty close in capacity to an a14. If yours is off a 2l cortina/escort then you will need to change chokes and stuff.

Mine is running 140primary and seconday although 1 appears to be slightly larger than the other and it works good. Not running too rich and not running too lean.

If the 32/36 you have is off a 1600 instead of a 2L you will be almost there as far as setting it up goes. If you put on one off a 2L without changing anything you will have storm clouds coming out the back.
