its plumbed in on a vacuum pipe on the block somewhere i think
they turbo seems to be spooling and the wastegate is still opening so i dont know
i thought maybe something electrical maybe not enough spark or something
the car does this sometimes when it gets hot too but normally only in 2nd
now its doing it all the time so
its pretty weird
sorry guys its been a slow day
the problem is the car wont rev past about 4500 so the boost is reading on the gauge but hasnt got the revs to kick in
any suggestions on what is causing this

if the gauge reads 6psi then its making boost... (or the gauge is rooted)

do you normally run more boost than this?

doesnt make sense, if it says 6psi then theres 6psi boost, nuff said really

if it wont run over 4500 then you probably have a fuel problem, but this is seperate to not making boost

what motor, whats the setup?

so it could be something to do with the gas mixer
mine also when i wasnt hitting boost or reving it starts stuttering a bit so i might just have to take it to my gasman
still not sure about the overheating next thing to check could be the timing
i got the radiator from a place in batt street as well

i know with my old cordia if i ran less boost lets say 5psi the car just would not rev any more then that magic 4500rpm.......but as soon as i up the boost booooyaaaaaa see ya later revs striaght out imediatly ......so i know how u feel its a very very annoying problem but at this stage its hard to say what it is exactly .....but 6psi on a gauge is 6psi there is no two ways about it unless ofcourse the gauge is stuffed but a good way to tell this is that on idle it should run at -15 to -20 psi thats a good sign that ur gauage is workin

sorry no great ideas at the moment but im thinkin
