kind of wrecking the 'authentic' feel hey!? But what ever floats your boat and it looks like theres been ALOT of interior and exterior work there.
It looks like a completley different engine bay aswell as firewall (but same layout as original)
That exhaust manifold is beautiful tho!!
And also maybe some gard issues with those 17's......
are they different strut tops?

What you guys reckon?

very impressive!!! seems the custom inlet manifold would make cooler plumbing a little easier. i dare say those wheels may even be 18's! any more info on the beast?

I found this on a site as you can see www.boostcruising.com and if you want just type that in and search for Datsun's & thats how i found it!!

Very technical

18's you reckon? they mite be but i reckon their 17's - they look EXACTLY the same as the ones NIS15L has and he said they were 17's (i think.. )

Anywhom any more thoughts bout it? Cant wait to see/hear how it goes, or if it does go!

Dave

is it just me or does he have 6 simmons rims. he has the 4 on the car, and then there are two more to the left of the car at the front in the exterior shot.

Edit. just re-checked the photo, and he doesnt have the simmons on the other side. my bad

looks like he's going hard. I appreciate the effort..but my experience tell me... How the hell does he expect to go around corners?

I can barely fit 15inch 195/50 series under the front of mine. With perfect offset wheels.

crazy says I!!..

But I wish I had his ability to ignore tyre rubbing noises, and the empty wallet feeling after replacing cut up tyres and removing defect notices.

this is my new project, replacing the stanza.
guard issues aplenty with rims, can be sorted out, just got it back from the cage guy.
firewall is stock, but has had auto tunnel fitted,
plans for the car are quick strip, sometimes street...most likely be running round on pursuit 15's most of time anyway.
