I had my carb tuner do it. I gave him the info as to what I wanted and he gave me a dizzy back to suit.
I belive its a later model A series one thats had the vac modified and they played with the weights.... but thats a guess as I don't know much about this stuff.

I run a Jaycar unit, you set your own advance according to rpm. You can have 2 settings if you want to run separate boost as well. A DIY kit cost less than $100.
