as the title says, will the a12 starter motor bolt on to an a15??. I have been havin lots and lots of trouble with my ute lately, was runnin shockin the other day, put new fuel filter on, new sparkys and fixed distributor point gap.Went better now 2 day wheh fillin up i noticed petrol pissin under the car, had a look under the lil flap in the tray, appears my seal had perished on the fuel level sender bit there. This was where all the dirt that was cloggin my filter up and makin the ute run crap was comin from, Then this arvo the starter motor just decided 2 die, well not die but work when it feels like it. This was a problem i had a few months ago but the mechanic warned me about it and said i may need a new one. Also kickin my self cuz i got that free 120y wagon with a good starter but sold it of last week . I called him up just before and am gettin the starter for $10. Anyway thats my dramas for the time been

call your local parts dealer and ask him the part number for a starter for an a12 then ask for an a15 if there the same it should work. Personally i do not know.
