Yeah - My brother's a Hippie down in Tasmania & Him & all his mates jump around, play drums & do the fire twirling. Suffice to say, he hasn't had any hair on his arms for years now.

Is that a generalised comment saying that ALL us Tasmanians are hippies?? If so, im sure that there are many people on this site who (including me) are pissed off with the comment!!

Oh, you must be a forestry worker then......
But seriously.... Is there anything in my comment that suggests that Taswegans are all hippies? What I said was a) That my brother lives there & b) That he has a lot of mates of like-minded persuasion.
It's a fact that hippies tend to congregate in Tasmania for various reasons, but I'd hardly expect them to frequent a car enthusiasts web site.
Sounds to me like you get pi$$ed off pretty easily!

What ? I never seen a plate saying "qld your smart state" but maybe thats because I am from NSW The Premier State.

By the way I plan to settle in Tas within the next 10yrs if all goes well.
