Im looking at replacing the origonal seats in my 1200 ute with a set of OBX seats. A mate of mine is getting rid of em so thought i'd give em a go. They seem to fit in alright apart from the rail mounts, but i solved this with an alluminium plate on either side to widen the mounts. This is only a temp. thing to see how they'd go, they feel ok and are reclinable so i can get max leg room without sitting too upright. can anyone help out with advise on mouting them in properly or any other seat that will go in fairly hassle free. these are bucket style just not real huggy around the waste yet still feel comfortable. also will i need to get these engineered once in place for good.

I don't know where you are ,but i would go to a place that puts in racing seats and get them to make you up some mounts.
