Mwahahaha i have seen the green 120Y, and i must say it is everything nismo says it is... IMMACULATE!!!

The thing goes pretty hard aswell for an A12! It is worked a fair bit so that is probably why but im just excited to see how my A15 goes as its got pretty much the same treatment as nismos A12

Yeah a road trip to nismos hehe that would be cooL!

Dave

G'day all.
I just want to clarify what time and where is the next Datto meet going to be held at.

I am hearing stories of the Inveresk Yard again at around 12pm is that right?

I don't want to miss it
If any one could get back to me it would be great.
And about the road trip up to my place, to view my green coupe. I will probably decide on the day, as it all depends on the weather.
Hope to see a few datsuns roll up.

hi wombat
Thanks for letting me know, I was fairly sure it was going to be at the same place, but I just had to make sure.
And yes I am also praying for a fine day, so that I can show you all the green one.
But lately everyday has been wet up here in launie.
But the weather guy's say that it should be fine for the weekend though.
according to the paper.
Otherwise I should be in the white one again.
Can't wait for sunday as it has been a while since we have all met up together.
Seeyou all then, and keep your ears open just in case you hear a worked A12 with a 2inch sports exhaust roaring down towards you.
GO THE DATTO!

hi tom
yes I do have another 120y coupe.
It's a 1978 model A12 and it came from down south.
It was for sale in a car yard here in launnie, as I was just going down town one day and I saw this 120y front sticking out of the car yard, and I thought it was just a sedan, but the closer I got, I saw the sporty lines of the coupe, in front of my eyes
It's the worst of the 3 as there is some rust patches in the bottom of the rear guards, and the front bumper has been hit at some stage throughout it's life.
But it goes really well and has quite a bit of power. I am pretty certain the head has been worked.
Also it came with 13inch mags, which makes it sit up a bit like a four wheel drive, as it hasn't been lowered.
The only reason I bought it was because it has a good rear end.
Anyway I have no plans for doing it up, as it's just been a run around car over the past few months.
Anyway hope to see you at Inveresk today, and by looking at the weather I will most likely be in my white coupe again.
Seeyou around 12pm.

Hi all how are you.
Today looks an average sort of a day, but I maybe in the green coupe, if it looks like the rains going to hold off untill later today, it could be a possibility.
Anyway I will be there at around 12pm.
Hope to see you all and it would be great to see if any new members turn up, if there are any?
(12pm Inveresk railyards, behind the Exibition building)
One of my mates maybe bringing down his white 1200 work ute.
It's a bit average, but it's still a Datsun
Seeyou all shortly.
