what grade steel d'you use ??? and in the hoop/tube to ???

Yep, made the whole thing in 2 days. Its all aluminium and 1 peice, bolts in to the original bumper bracket holes in the front chassis.. It took at least a week of planing :
what shape , how big, how to fit the spotties in , finding the indicators, ect.

Hey Team_Dat,
She's on the road 6 days a week , to and from Mandurah , usually around 5:30 am and about 4:30 pm.

Your probably still snoozin' when I'm tearin' up the highway!

I use to make a lot of aluminum / car stuff but I'm out of the trade now and make lots of non car steel stuff.
Have to get me a new TIG welder soon

I would expect you to be able to light up the road heaps better than with just the regular headlights. With driving lights on my last ute I could light up about 400 metres of road with a nice white light.

They're also a great weapon to encourage on-coming cars to dip their lights.
